1. License — Apple Standard EULA
The SAFA+ Checklist iOS app (the "App") is licensed, not sold, to you under Apple's Standard End User License Agreement ("Standard EULA"): https://www.apple.com/legal/internet-services/itunes/dev/stdeula/. The Standard EULA governs your use of the App, including the license grant, restrictions, warranty disclaimer, and limitation of liability. In the event of any conflict between the Standard EULA and the supplemental terms below, the Standard EULA controls with respect to the App.
2. The App Is a Preparation and Record-Keeping Tool
SAFA+ Checklist helps operators prepare for ramp inspections, organize records, calculate emissions using published ICAO methodologies, and assemble documents and reports. It does not provide legal, regulatory, or professional advice; it does not certify compliance with any regulation; and it does not guarantee acceptance of any document by any authority. You — the operator — remain solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness, and regulatory sufficiency of every document you review, sign, and submit, and for verifying that values, formats, and references reflect then-current requirements at the time of each submission. Authoritative sources include ICAO Annex 16 Vol IV, the ICAO Environmental Technical Manual, EASA ramp-inspection materials, and your state authority.
3. Your Data
All content you create in the App is stored locally on your device. Fly-RightLLC operates no user-data servers and cannot access, recover, or restore your content. You are responsible for maintaining backups using the App's built-in export features. See our Privacy Policy.
4. Subscription
Full access requires an auto-renewing annual subscription ($149.99 USD/year, 3-day free trial) purchased and managed exclusively through the Apple App Store. All billing, renewal, cancellation, and refund matters are handled by Apple. Details, including the required auto-renewal disclosures, appear in our Privacy Policy and on the App's store listing.
5. Website Use
Content on this website is provided for general information about the App and is subject to change. Third-party links (including default Pilot Quick Links in the App) are conveniences, not endorsements; your use of any destination is governed by that destination's own terms.
6. Intellectual Property
The App, its content, and this website (excluding Apple materials and third-party content) are the property of Fly-RightLLC and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. SAFA+, SAFA+ Checklist, and the Fly-Right marks may not be used without written permission.
7. Changes
We may update these supplemental terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the most recent revision. Continued use of the App or this website after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
